Treasure Hunt

Treasure Hunt is a game that children really enjoy. This game has been known several generations ago and it is continuously played to this very day. Treasure Hunting is giving of clues in small pieces of paper. In this game you are not certain of what you are really searching for. It is also a contest of who gets to the treasure, the fastest possible time. It could be clues in the form of poems or riddles or sentences or short stories that are mind boggling and mind twisting. It will lead you to something but not informing you of the exact places to go. It will really make you think. And if you found the right place, it will give another clue on to which area are you headed to, until you find the final place to search for the treasure.

I have some ideas to inject that maybe treasure hunting should be incorporated with other games like paintball.

You can give on your last clue that they have to go to the paintball field and wear the protective suits and gears. There, the first team who gets to the field really fast would still be able to talk about the strategies they would use to defeat the opponent. And the flag has the last clue to the treasure. The winner of the paintball game gets the last clue to the treasure. At least not only that the participants are proven to be intellectuals but they are proven to have the strength to defeat the opponent, meaning they have the strategy and they really worked as a team. Paintball will definitely spice up the game and make it more enjoyable and fun. It is not the focus of the game, it is still the treasure but it has the final say on who worked well as a team and who has the enough strength to get the flag which has the last clue to the treasure.

Who would have thought that a game like paintball would be incorporated to childrens game like the treasure hunt? It could be a long and tiring search for the treasure but when you work fast enough to get to the field, you will have time to rest and think of a good strategy to win the flag. Treasure Hunt is one fun game, it teaches us to think cleverly and make right decisions as fast as we could. But it can sometimes get confusing; there should be delegation of tasks to make hunting really fun.

This game could really make a birthday party or a get together party, memorable but always keep in mind that we have children as our participants. Try not to make the clues too tricky for them. They might just quit if they get bored. Give them equal chances of playing and enjoying. But it can also be a game for adults, it is a game for all ages, but gives the adults harder clues, it might be too easy for them. Playing is not a kid thing anymore, it is for everybody and it is a great form of relaxation. Happy hunting

Hunting Advice

If you have ever killed a deer with a bow, or at least bow hunted, you are well aware of how exciting it can be. That is why I am eager to give some useful advice that will help you on your next hunt.

One of the biggest problems that most beginners and experts struggle with is taking a shot without being noticed. Before going into detail on that matter, I would like to elaborate on the basics of bow hunting. Assuming that you have purchased all the equipment necessary, the next step involves setting up a stand to hunt. When choosing a hunting location for bow season you want to key in on two areas – trails and food sources. During rifle season, longer shots are possible, but with a bow distance becomes an important factor. Because of this it is imperative that you know what distances you feel comfortable taking a shot. Take into consideration that during a hunt, your adrenaline will play a factor in how well you can shoot.

Learning to control this “fever” will take time, but just remember that hunting and practicing are two separate matters.

Placing a stand near a patch of white oaks that are raining down protein-rich acorns, one of the whitetails favorite foods, is always a promising choice. You can also set up near heavily used trails leading to bedding and feeding areas.

Most bow hunters stand up to take a shot, but there are others who shoot sitting down. I personally stand up, although taking a shot from a seated position has its advantages. If you do plan on shooting standing up you will need to take into account a little bit of bow hunting advice. Waiting until a deer’s vision is obstructed by a tree will increase your chances of remaining undetected. If a buck is coming in to feed it is a good idea to be patient and let it become comfortable in the area. As you may already know, deer are very cautious animals whose senses far surpass ours. A flicker of the tail is a sign that a deer is comfortable and senses no danger. Once you notice the flicker, slowly rise, take aim, and let the broadhead do the rest.
